On Sunday, Feb 5, I will challenge myself once again. I will run my first Full Marathon (FM) at the Condura Skyway Marathon 2012.
So what's my preparation for the upcoming race?
- Training with Team Titans every Tuesday and Thursday at ULTRA (6pm - 8pm).
- LSD (Long Slow Distance) running with the team.
- Body Step Class led by Flip Lim (fellow Titan). Body Step class every Monday (7:25pm) and Thursday (8:30pm) at Fitness First Megamall.
- Proper hydration and diet.
- Rest and enough sleep.
- Carbo Loading with the Team on Friday.
